The Site provides directories, rankings, and benchmark results for MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. All rankings are based on independent testing. No vendor pays for placement.
3. No Warranty
All server reviews, security scores, and benchmarks are provided "as is" for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that any listed server is bug-free, secure, or suitable for your specific use case. Always conduct your own due diligence before deploying third-party software.
4. Affiliate Links
The Site contains affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Our rankings are independent and not influenced by affiliate relationships. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, rankings, methodology descriptions) is © Pixel Investment UG. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our benchmark data without written permission. Brief quotations with attribution are permitted.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pixel Investment UG is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or any third-party MCP server listed. This includes but is not limited to: data loss, security breaches, service downtime, or financial loss from affiliate purchases.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
